Hypnotherapy

10% of the our mind is conscious mind which analyzes, criticizes, and thinks logically all day long.

90% of the our mind is subconscious mind, which is a storehouse of all our life experiences and memories, including thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. We thought those memories and past experiences have been repressed through trauma and have simply been consciously forgotten and no longer important to us. It’s from these memories and experiences that our beliefs, habits, and behaviors are formed.

The subconscious is not limited by logic, space and time and can remember everything from any time. It's more effective to change perspectives or behaviors when we go to subconscious, compared with mind power. We think every decision we make is rational. In fact it is greatly influenced by the subconscious. If we are all make rational decisions, how could we still fight so hard with problem like addictions of alcohol/smoking/drug/gaming, eating disorder, insomnia, anxiety, depression... If we are all so rational, why do these problems still exist?

Hypnosis is a state of relaxation with focused concentration. Hypnosis is like guided meditation with a specific intention. We purposely entry into a relaxed state and dialogue with the subconscious directly, which allows us  to change perspectives, beliefs, behavior effectively. It means your mind operates at a frequency lower than the usual, so the mind is subjected to hypnosis and becomes open to suggestions. That is why it is used in various situations to maximize the effect.

All hypnosis is self-hypnosis in that you control the process. The therapist is only a guid. The whole process is completely relaxed and you're aware of what you're saying and doing, unlike TV shows or movies you think you lose consciousness or feeling.

Professionally guide the client to their huge subconscious database and find the answers; meanwhile we heal and transform the issue the client want to achieve. We might do age/life regression if there is a need.
